ON-LINE DOCUMENTS

We plan to make most of our documents available on-line for our residents so that you can download a copy on to your computer any time of day, whether the office is closed or open. The list of available documents will increase as the staff scans or converts more documents to post to this website, so please be patient.

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual financial reports and Board minutes will probably not be posted to this web site, but should be available from the office during normal business hours.

 

These documents require the use of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available from www.adobe.com if your computer doesn't already have this useful utility installed.

We're working on getting all of the Recreation Registration Forms updated and posted here soon. All such forms will need to be delivered IN PERSON to the Lodge so that verification of the member's identity can be performed. This verification protects our youth and prevents someone from forging their parent's signature on the permission / registration form. (They wouldn't do that, would they?)
