RESALE CERTIFICATE: Association has 10 days to produce. This document provides information required by TPC including CC&Rs and all recorded and corporate documents, capital expenditures, reserves and more. It certifies the status of the Association account regarding assessments and other charges due to the Great Northwest and is good for 30 days.
STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT - Association has 10 days to produce. This statement certifies the status of the Association account details of any unpaid assessments, interest and other charges due to the Great Northwest.
TRANSFER - Association has 10 days to produce. This is an administrative transfer fee identified in TPC and charged for updating the Association’s ownership records.
RUSH ORDER - Association has 3 days to produce. This service escalates the priority of the order.
RESALE CERTIFICATE UPDATE- Association has 7 days to produce. This document updates all information reported on the Resale Certificate that has changed since the original date of Resale Certificate production.
