What's Your Question or Suggestion? We have provided four feedback forms for you to use in contacting the Association. General Feedback - Contact the GNW Staff or Board of Directors with your inquiries or suggestions Deed Restrictions - Contact the Deed Restrictions Architectural Control Officer (DRACO) to file a complaint on a property, answer a complaint about your property, or to ask general questions before someone complains. Passages Editor - Contact the Editor to submit your letter, suggestions or classified ad. Paid ads will continue to be processed thru the office in person or by mail. Passages Real Estate Classified Ads - Use this form to submit your classified ad for Real Estate "For Sale or Rent" type properties. Only GNW properties are eligible for this service. Paid ads will continue to be processed thru the office in person or by mail. Budget Suggestions - Send the GNW Community Manager your suggestions about the current or next year's budget. Open meetings to discuss this process for the next year will began with the 3rd Thursday Board meeting in August and will continue until a budget has been established. Deadline for completion is end of November. Some direct email addresses and contact phone numbers are also listed on the Office Staff Page and the Board of Directors Page if you chose to just send an email. In the case of the Directors, this message goes to their official GNW address which they may not check on a daily basis so please be patient.
