If you have never visited it, feel free to drop in during normal business hours of 10 am-7 pm (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise posted on the Marquee. This facility is frequently rented out by homeowners for private parties, receptions or other events. Our rental rates are among the lowest in town, but you must be a resident to reserve the Lodge or either pool.

We also hold community public meetings with our elected officials on issues which affect our association as a whole. As an example, see the Meet the Candidates forums we will hold in April 2005 for City Council's District 6, 7 and Mayoral races.

In the short future, we plan to post our basic rental rates on this page, but availability will still require you to contact our office since that changes frequently, especially for any weekends.

Rentals are only available to residents in good standing (i.e. all your assessments or fees have been paid up to date)
