Our security patrol officers are running 24/7 to serve you. At any given shift, we will have one or two officers on duty, or more if the situation warrants the extra manpower.

Remember to call 911 or San Antonio Police if you have a real, time urgent, emergency, and then call GNW Security next. We'll respond along with SAPD, but there are some things that SAPD does for you, that we simply cannot do.

We depend a lot upon our network of Block Captains with the Neighborhood Watch (called the GNWatch) program, and upon the normal resident to spot any activity in their neighborhood that is unusual or wrong. Get to know your neighbors and learn who your block captain is.
