Callanen Hall

Callanen Hall is a beautiful, airy open space that’s perfect for large gatherings. A wooden stage, a full kitchen, and a wall of windows overlooking our junior Olympic pool make the venue ideal for your wedding reception, holiday gathering, or quinceanera. A trained Event Manager and contracted security (if needed) can help ensure your special night is unforgettable!
Accommodates up to 200 guests
This figure (200 guests) is based on the size of the hall without tables. The nummber of guests you will be able to comfortably accommodate will depend on the number and size of tables you elect to use.
Damage Deposit Fee: $300.00
Damage inspection will be conducted after the conclusion of the event. If no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 30 days.
Rental Fee: $775.00
Fee includes an event Manager, hall, patio, kitchen, tables and chairs, and required cleanup. Reserves 6-hour time slot (timeframe specified on contract).
Heavy Cleaning Charge: $50.00
For events with attendance exceeding one hundred (100) guests, a minimum Heavy Cleaning charge of $50.00 will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of additional cleaning required for large gatherings and may be deducted from your damage deposit if not prepaid. (See contract for details.)

Set Up/Breakdown: $200.00
For this extra charge, our staff will set up tables & chairs before you arrive and break them down at the end of your event on your behalf.

You may add extra hours to your initial 6-hour time slot (when available) for an additional charge. Please note that events cannot run past 12 midnight, and you, your guests, and any vendors must completely vacate the premises before the concluding time for your slot.

Flores Hall

Flores Hall is a gem—newly renovated and affordable. This understated space lends itself perfectly to intimate get-togethers such as baby showers, ladies’ nights, or business mixers. With access to indoor & outdoor space and a private kitchen, as well as the option to rent the adjacent pool, Flores Hall is a savvy, budget-conscious event planner’s dream.
Accommodates up to 50 guests
This figure (50 guests) is based on the size of the hall without tables. The number of guests you will be able to comfortably accommodate will depend on the number and size of tables you elect to use.

This figure (200 guests) includes those in the pool area, which is inside and outside of the pool.
Damage Deposit Fee: $200.00
Damage inspection will be conducted after the conclusion of the event. If no damage is found, the deposit will be returned within 30 days.
Rental Fee: $250.00
Fee reserves 3-hour time slot from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Includes set-up time, break-down time & picnic tables.
You must clean up before the end of your time slot.
Pool Lifeguards: $225.00 minimum
A minimum of 2 lifeguards is required for each pool rental. 1 additional lifeguard will be required for every additional 50 guests, at a cost of $125.00 per additional lifeguard. Pool rentals are limited to a maximum of 200 guests.
Amount Due to Reserve: $675.00

You may add a fourth hour to your initial 3-hour rental for an extra charge. Please note that events cannot run past 11:30pm and you must completely vacate the premises before the concluding time for your slot.

FAQ
We just revised our policy on how far in advance residents can book. As of December 10, 2024, reservations cannot be booked more than six months in advance of the current month. The new policy requires at least three weeks' notice for events and security. In addition, this policy continues to apply to any future revisions. We hope this helps you fulfill your dreams for a memorable day!
In order to book a GNW space, residents must be in good standing with the Association (all assessments fully paid). Those renting their home must have a Delegation of Rights form on file in order to book a space. The resident shall be the official renter of the space and assume all responsibilities thereof, even if the event is being held on behalf of a non-resident.
In the event that, after signing this contract, it is discovered that the Member’s assessments are not fully paid, the Association reserves the right to cancel this Agreement. The Member shall have the option to reschedule their rental or receive a full refund, which shall be considered final satisfaction of any and all claims the Member may have against the Association arising out of this Agreement.
When renting Callanen or Flores Hall, your payment will reserve a six-hour time slot, during which set up and tear down must be completed, in addition to the function itself. Friday events can only be held between 6 PM and midnight; weekend events can be held between 12 P.M. and 12 midnight. For $150/hr, you can extend your spot up to 12 hours on weekends.
Finally, please note that, with regards to set up, the estimated maximum number of guests is based on the size of a space WITHOUT any tables. We can provide either rectangular or circular tables, depending upon your wishes for the space.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are only accepted up to a minimum of three weeks before the event. If your event will include alcohol, you must have security. The same deadline applies. All payments are payable upon signing the Facility Usage Agreement. Money orders, checks, and credit/debit cards are all accepted (with a $3.00 surcharge for payments under $100, and a 3% surcharge on payments $100+).
OPERATIONS DURING YOUR EVENT
An Event Manager will be present throughout your event to address questions, assist with compliance, monitor facility conditions, and perform routine trash removal and maintenance as described in the contract. The Member or Designee who is listed on the signed agreement must be present during the entire duration of the party, including set-up and break-down.
INCLEMENT WEATHER & POOL RENTALS
If stormy weather is forecast for the date & time of your pool event, you can request to reschedule. This decision must be made before the beginning of the rental period. Once participants enter the pool area, the rental may not be rescheduled or refunded.
